Marketing assistant at randolph-macon college

During my time in this role, I used Google Analytics to determine the frequency and quantity of visits per website page on the Randolph-Macon website. I chose pictures to use on the site and corrected any errors. The use of the analytical side has helped me understand the role these play in other platforms such as social media and helped me grow in my other roles.

This role was my biggest introduction to the social media world as someone other than myself. I used Facebook and Instagram, learned video editing skills, and collaborated to make a recruitment video. Utilizing social media almost daily to engage with others, establish a brand, and a community has been very formative in my journey.

While with the Pilots, I used applications such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. I also utilized Live Streaming within these applications during games or events such as concerts or fireworks. I was able to connect with the community as an MC and social media coordinator to create a fun and entertaining environment.
